JCX Custom Rods offers handcrafted fishing rods, rod repairs, and related services. All services and products are provided subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Custom Orders

  • Each rod is made to your specifications. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

  • Accurate specifications (length, action, grip type, guide setup, etc.) must be confirmed by the customer before production starts.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required before work begins on custom rods.

  • We accept payments through: PayPal, major credit cards.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within the U.S. via: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • JCX Custom Rods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Warranty

  • Custom rods are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against craftsmanship defects.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photo evidence.

6. Returns & Repairs

  • Returns on custom rods are not accepted unless due to craftsmanship defects.

  • We offer repairs for JCX rods and other brands on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a repair estimate and turnaround time.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content on the JCX Custom Rods website and promotional materials are the intellectual property of JCX Custom Rods and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JCX Custom Rods is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
